Fresh water is a precious resource
| The Earth may be the 'water planet,' but only a tiny portion of the planet's water supply is drinkable by humans. Ground water pollution and careless stewardship of our fresh water resource will be a significant concern in expanding urban areas, especially in the Earth's arid areas, during the 21st Century. |
