- fixed display of MOROCCO (note, we are not showing division with Western Sahara as
  that separation is under dispute and we have no data on WS - the CIA map will therefore
  not show the entirety of the region on the datamap)
- added ability to click on the CIA map and have it popup (same as "+" button)

- if "calculate" button not selected, topic/tool text reverts back to last calculated
- calculate button only activates if new topic/tool combo selected
